When I was 10 years old, I decided I wanted to be a movie director.
Although I can't say that my ambitions are exactly the same as back then, my passions have always aligned with creative processes. I love being behind the camera, telling a story. This creative drive is what compels me to work professionally as a photographer and videographer.
My experience in the field started as a result of having multiple musicians as friends during college. They were consistently performing at local venues and house shows, so I started borrowing my mother's camera and filming them. As I grew as an artist, I updated my equipment and learned the technical skills needed to capture the ephemeral moments of live performance. Fast forward a couple of years, and now I am thriving as a freelance photographer / videographer in the Southeastern US. My experience includes behind the scenes photography from the Atlanta film industry, event photography / videography, and live music videography, among other projects. I am interested in shooting interviews, commercials, social media promos, weddings, events, live music, theatre productions, speaking engagements, etc. Check out my portfolio to see some examples of my work!
